Vale stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Session History: Records of your completed focus sessions, including duration and cycles completed
• User Preferences: Your settings such as theme preference, sound selection, breathing pattern, and timer configurations
• Saved Presets: Custom focus session presets you create

This data is stored using Apple's standard data storage mechanisms and never leaves your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Third-Party Services

Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These services may collect certain information as described in their respective privacy policies:

Your data remains on your device until:

• You delete the App
• You clear the App's data in device settings

Vale does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is suitable for all ages and rated 4+ on the App Store.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information:

• Access: View your data within the App
• Delete: Remove the App to delete all associated data
• Portability: Your data stays on your device
